My career story —

For over a decade, I have crafted compelling narratives for the world’s fastest growing, award-winning startup brands and their CEOs.

Over the course of my career, I have grown and led teams to execute global marketing strategies that brought in over $100M in revenue.

I am currently the Head of Marketing at Noun Project, the world’s most extensive and diverse collection of icons and photos.

Reporting to the CEO, I’m thrilled to lead a small marketing team and dominate a niche within the hyper-competitive industry of stock images. Since joining the company in 2024, I’ve driven customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid and organic strategies across all channels. My strategy helped the team speed up content creation and dive into new channels like Reddit and LinkedIn to generate net new business. I developed comprehensive data dashboards to improve transparency and hit departmental goals.

Previously, I was the Director of Marketing at Vecteezy, an online marketplace for stock photos and vector art with over 12 million monthly users worldwide and more than 30 million creative assets.

As the highest position in marketing strategy and operations for 4 years, I reported directly to the CEO and lead product marketing, brand marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing. I was responsible for all paid and organic marketing efforts. I led a team of 15 rockstar marketers, designers, and account managers.

Centrally focused on growth and brand building, I used demand generation and paid search to scale the brand quickly.

My role also included standing in as a General Manager for our custom design agency, with a total of over 25 retainer clients and hundreds of single design projects completed. In order to support sales targets I developed ABM strategies to target key accounts, generate quality meetings, and work Enterprise deals.

I started my role at Vecteezy in 2020 as Marketing Manager and was promoted within 8 months.

As the Marketing Manager, I was responsible for building out profitable and scalable marketing channels including email marketing, marketing automations, digital advertising channels, affiliate marketing, public relations or PR, and social media marketing. I led a team of three direct reports to execute product launches, global marketing campaigns, and establish key initiatives that resulted in rapid revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Before my role at Vecteezy, I was Brand Manager for almost 2 years at Brickell Men’s Products, a leading natural skincare and grooming brand for men with over 1.7M customers worldwide.

As the Brand Manager, I was responsible for strategy and execution of brand, performance, and content marketing channels.

I managed a team of four direct reports to build marketing funnels and automations, product marketing for dozens of SKUs, and improve website performance.

This was a hands-on role in which I personally owned a high volume of copywriting, graphic design, customer segmentation strategies, and promotional events.

Prior to my work with Brickell Men’s Product, I was Brand Manager for 7 years at Flowfold, a lifestyle brand that builds minimalist outdoor gear for everyday adventures.

I joined the founders as employee number one. I was part of a three person leadership team that increased revenue 30X before I left the company.

During my seven year tenure, I strategized and executed growth marketing, demand generation, and account based marketing (ABM) strategies that landed the brand in major national retailers like L.L.Bean and REI. I combined email marketing, social media content marketing, event marketing, and direct sales tactics.

I personally crafted every email, ran every ad, built every product listing, made and hit “post” on every social media account, orchestrated and ran every photoshoot, worked every trade show, edited every video, wrote and shipped every wholesale order, and even developed the website on Shopify.

Before working with Flowfold, my first marketing role was with Solid Surf Co, a leading manufacturer of high performance surfboards.

In this role, I combined account based marketing (ABM) with sales tactics to open up a substantial amount of net new wholesale accounts across the East Coast in one year. I also managed a large portion of social media and website content.
